As multicore desktop computers are quickly becoming ubiquitous, programming

techniques are becoming increasingly important to achieving performance goals.

Expertise in multi-core programming represents a significant gap that needs to

be addressed. The 2nd Annual Carleton Cell BE Programming Workshop (CCPW) will

address this gap through tutorial sessions, hands-on labs, keynote presentations,

poster presentations and scientific talks.

CCPW-2009 invites submissions of extended abstracts (2 pages) to be considered

for peer review. Accepted abstracts will be presented as technical talks or during

a Poster Session. Online submission system:

Student Support

There will be a number of travel grants for graduate students with accepted

posters/talks, including free registration. There will also be opportunities for

students to volunteer and helping with the workshop organization.
